摘要
文章以零碳建筑原则为基础,以王村回迁楼建设项目为例,探讨了零碳建筑原则在住宅设计中的运用.通过综合材料选择、能源效率、水资源利用、智能家居技术、社区规划等方面的详细措施,以案例为载体,探究实现住宅零碳目标的方法,为住宅建筑的可持续发展提供实践经验.
Abstract
Based on the principle of zero-carbon building,this paper discusses the application of zero-carbon building principle in residential design by taking the construction project of Wangcun Huiqian Building as an example.Through detailed measures in terms of comprehensive material selection,energy efficiency,water resource utilization,smart home technology,community planning,etc.,this paper explores ways to achieve the goal of zero carbon in residential buildings and provides practical experience for the sustainable development of residential buildings.
