斜拉桥大吨位支座更换施工及监控

某斜拉桥经过近16年的运营,主桥大吨位竖向支座出现了四氟滑板存在挤出、磨耗严重等情况,为防止支座病害影响斜拉桥结构,将主桥8个大吨位支座更换为具有较高耐磨性能的盆式支座。对支座更换设计进行仿真建模分析,提出了支座更换的控制性参数-顶升位移量及顶升力,采用PLC多点同步顶升设备进行桥梁支座更换,对关键截面的应力和位移进行全过程实时监控。工程实践证明,更换技术实施效果良好,支座更换前后,结构位移、应力实测结果与变化趋势均符合理论变化规律,且均控制在安全指标之内,为今后国内外大跨径斜拉桥更换大吨位支座提供有益参考。
After nearly 16 years of operation of a cable-stayed bridge,the large-tonnage vertical bearings of the main bridge have experienced extrusion and serious wear of the PTFE sliding plate.In order to prevent the bearing disease from affecting the structure of the cable-stayed bridge,the main The 8 large-tonnage bearings of the bridge were replaced with basin bearings with higher wear resistance.The simulation modeling and analysis of the bearing replacement design is carried out,and the control parameters for bearing replacement-jacking displacement and jacking force are proposed.PLC multi-point synchronous jacking equipment is used to replace the bridge bearing.The displacement is monitored in real time during the whole process.Engineering practice has proved that the replacement technology has been implemented well.Before and after the replacement of the bearing,the structural displacement and stress measured results and change trends are in line with the theoretical change law,and they are all controlled within the safety index.Large tonnage supports provide useful reference.
