摘要
基于对锚杆静压桩技术机理的分析,讨论了其在砖混结构地基基础加固中应用的特点和优势,总结了影响其施工管理及质量控制的关键环节.结合广州某地砖混结构建筑出现不均匀沉降的案例对该技术的实际应用进行研究,对比了该建筑在采用锚杆静压桩技术加固前后沉降量以及倾斜率的变化情况,研究成果可以为该技术在地基基础加固及纠偏中的应用中提供更多的指导.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the technical mechanism of bolt static pressure pile,the characteristics and advantages of its application in the foundation reinforcement of brick-concrete structure are discussed,and the key links affecting its construction management and quality control are summarized.Combined with the case of uneven settlement of a brick-concrete structure building in Guangzhou,the practical application of this technology was studied,and the changes of settlement and inclination before and after the reinforcement of the bolt static pile technology were compared.The use of bolt static pile technology can effectively reinforce the foundation of brick-concrete structure,ensure the stability of the building,and provide more guidance for the application of this technology in foundation reinforcement and correction.
