摘要
随着经济的快速发展和市场竞争的激烈化,工程咨询企业在工程项目全生命周期中扮演着越来越重要的角色.基于此,文章首先阐述了全过程工程咨询服务的主要内容和业务模式,其次分析了全过程工程咨询行业面临的风险挑战,最后提出了全过程工程咨询企业的发展策略,以期为全过程工程咨询企业的发展提供参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and the fierce market competition,engineering consulting enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in the whole life cycle of engineering projects.Based on this,the article first expounds the whole process of engineering consulting services and business model,then analyzes the whole process of engineering consulting industry risk challenges,and puts forward the whole process of engineering consulting enterprise development strategy,in order to provide reference for the development of the whole process of engineering consulting enterprises.
