人工成本对建筑工程项目的影响和控制策略优化

摘要
人工成本增加影响建筑工程项目进度管理与质量管理,为提升人才素质与业务水平、协调并稳定劳务关系,降低施工质量问题发生概率,实现项目管理工作的升级,确保项目如期保质交付使用.基于对某施工企业参与A工程与B工程施工建设期间人工成本的产生情况的分析,提出人工成本的优化管控对策.
Abstract
The increase of labor cost leads to problems in the progress management and quality management of construction projects,improves the quality of talents and business level,coordinates and stabilizes labor relations,reduces the probability of construction quality problems,realizes the upgrading of project management,and ensures that the project is delivered on time and with good quality.Based on the analysis of the labor cost incurred by a construction enterprise during the construction of Project A and Project B,the results show that labor cost will not only affect the project revenue,but also affect the construction progress and quality.
