At present,there are still some problems in the construction project management,which hinder the development of the construction industry to a certain extent.Based on this,the paper takes the current difficulties of construction engineering management and the existing problems as the starting point,and puts forward the optimization measures of construction engineering management from many angles,so as to provide some reference for construction enterprises to improve the level of engineering management.
