This article focuses on the safety and quality management during the construction phase of the house,and constructs specific improvement measures.The quality management during the construction phase of the house is mainly reflected in the cast-in-place concrete construction technology.Taking an actual project as a case study,through the construction process of the project,two buildings were designed and tested using concrete pouring methods.The factors affecting the quality of concrete construction were analyzed,and corresponding safety and quality management improvement measures were made to provide reference for similar engineering projects.
