文章旨在探讨建筑工程造价预算超标的原因及相应的控制策略.在建筑工程中,造价超标问题广泛存在,影响着工程的顺利进行和财务计划的实施.为应对这些问题,需采取一系列有效的对策,以便于更好地管理和控制建筑工程造价,确保工程建设按计划完成,避免发生造价超标问题.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the reasons for the excessive construction cost budget and the corresponding control strategies.In construction projects,the problem of excessive cost is widespread,which affects the smooth progress of the project and the implementation of the financial plan.In order to deal with these problems,a series of effective countermeasures need to be taken to better manage and control the cost of construction projects,ensure that the construction of the project is completed as planned,and avoid the occurrence of cost exceedance.
