摘要
工程量清单计价相对于传统的定额计价方法来说是一种市场定价模式,其更有利于利用市场竞争机制确定成本,促进建筑工程行业公平竞争.科学合理地发挥工程量清单在合同管理中的规范和指导作用,可以提高企业的经济效益,维护合同双方履约的积极性.
Abstract
Compared with the traditional fixed amount pricing model,the bill of quantities pricing model is a market pricing model,which is more conducive to using the market competition mechanism to determine costs and promote fair competition in the construction engineering industry.Scientifically and reasonably giving play to the normative and guiding role of the bill of quantities in contract management can improve the economic benefits of enterprises and maintain the enthusiasm of both parties to the contract to perform the contract.
