纳米SiO2/SBS改性沥青胶浆制备及其性能研究

选用新型纳米材料-纳米SiO2作为沥青改性剂,同时选用传统型SBS改性剂对沥青进行同步改性,对不同掺量的纳米SiO2改性沥青和纳米SiO2-SBS改性沥青进行了针入度、软化点、延度、离析试验以及高温流变试验,试验结果表明:纳米SiO2可以使沥青和SBS改性沥青的稠度提高,软化点提升,抗车辙能力明显进步,并且纳米材料的加入可以改善SBS在沥青中分散不均的现象,提高其存储稳定性,但纳米SiO2对沥青的低温性能有削弱效果。
The new nano material-nano SiO2 was selected as the asphalt modifier,and the traditional SBS modifier was selected to modify the asphalt synchronously,and the penetration,softening point,ductility,segregation test and high temperature rheology test were carried out on the nano SiO2 modified asphalt and the nano SiO2-SBS modified asphalt with different dosages,and the test results showed that the nano SiO2 could improve the consistency of the asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,improve the softening point,and significantly improve the rutting resistance.In addition,the addition of nanomaterials can improve the uneven dispersion of SBS in asphalt and improve its storage stability,but nano-SiO2 has a weakenig effect on the low-temperattor performance of asphalt.
