疏水剂对混凝土力学及耐久性能影响

研究了三种疏水剂对混凝土力学及耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明:疏水剂Caltie、ZBH和KIJ-Ⅵ均具有一定的引气性和缓凝特性,且有促进混凝土强度发展的作用,还可降低混凝土的吸水率,其中KLJ-Ⅵ还可降低混凝土 28 d氯离子扩散系数,抑制有害离子传输,提升混凝土耐久性能,综合性能更优。
The effects of three hydrophobic agents on the mechanics and durability of concrete were studied.The test results show that the hydrophobic agents Caltie,ZBH and KLJ-Ⅵ all have certain air entrainment and retarding characteristics,which can promote the development of concrete strength and reduce the water absorption rate of concrete,and KLJ-Ⅵ can also reduce the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete for 28 days,inhibit the transport of harmful ions,improve the durability of concrete,and have better comprehensive performance.
