In order to improve the level of building energy conservation design, this paper proposes a design method based on Multi-Solution Multi-objective Evolutionary Algorithm(MOEA/D)to determine the compromise solution selection scheme based on fuzzy decision-making.Combined with the examples of single-room office buildings and multi-room residential buildings, the design effects of the MOEA/D algorithm and the typical NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm are compared according to the HV value,SC value and compromise value, and the feasibility of the design method is tested. The results show that the design method based on MOEA/D algorithm is superior in both convergence and distribution, which can reduce building energy consumption, improve the building living environment, conform to the concept of green ecological building engineering, and have good comprehensive design effect, which is a feasible building energy-saving design method and has certain reference value for architectural design.
