The review of the installation budget of the construction project is the key link to ensure the investment efficiency and construction quality of the project.However,in practice,various problems and challenges are often encountered,such as budget overruns,lax budget review,etc.These problems will not only affect the progress and quality of the project,but also bring economic losses to the enterprise.Therefore,this paper aims to discuss the common problems and control strategies of construction project installation budget review,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of construction project installation budget review.
