Study the dynamic management measures of construction cost control and project cost to ensure that the construction cost control and project cost are within the budget.The deviation analysis of building construction schedule and cost is carried out through the relationship between the earned value BCWP,the planned budget value ACWP,and the actual expenditure value BCWS.The dynamic evaluation of construction progress and cost is realized based on five indicators:construction cost difference CV,project schedule difference SV,time difference,construction cost performance index CPI and construction progress performance index SPI.According to the cost of construction has been invested in the construction of the construction project to predict the cost of the construction project,and finally take measures to achieve the dynamic management of the cost of the construction project.
