Firstly,the concept and causes of engineering claims are sorted out and elaborated.Secondly,the difficulties of engineering claims are analyzed in combination with actual cases.Finally,in view of the problems existing in engineering claims,corresponding management schemes are proposed from four aspects:contract management,system management,risk management and quality management.
