摘要

在绿色秸秆纤维改性沥青混合料愈发成熟的时代背景下,选择玉米秸秆为原材料,采用机械破碎法制备符合道路工程应用的玉米秸秆纤维,用自制的玉米秸秆纤维改性基质沥青,并进行针入度、软化点和延度试验,验证其合规性的同时与应用成熟的道路木质素纤维改性沥青进行对比,结果表明3%掺量的两种纤维改性沥青常规性能相近.选择合理掺量对玉米秸秆纤维改性沥青和道路木质素纤维改性沥青进行布式旋转粘度试验和动态剪切流变试验,试验结果表明同条件的玉米秸秆纤维改性沥青粘滞性高于道路木质素纤维改性沥青,对集料可以形成更充分的包覆效果,弹性变形能力弱于道路木质素纤维改性沥青,在其应用时可以针对具体施工环境进行更好的选择.

Abstract

Under the background of the more and more mature era of green straw fiber modified asphalt mixture,corn straw was selected as raw material,corn straw fiber in line with road engineering application was prepared by mechanical crushing method,and matrix asphalt was modified with self-made corn straw fiber,and the penetration degree,softening point and ductility test were carried out to verify its compliance and compare with the application of mature road lignin fiber modified asphalt,and the results proved that the conventional performance of the two fiber modified asphalt with 3%content was similar.The results show that the viscosity of corn straw fiber modified asphalt under the same conditions is higher than that of road lignin fiber modified asphalt,which can form a more adequate coating effect on aggregates,and the elastic deformation ability is weaker than that of road lignin fiber modified asphalt,so it can be better selected for the specific construction environment when it is applied.
