This paper mainly analyzes the application advantages of rubber asphalt binder in China and the performance characteristics of road use,clarifies the elements of rubber asphalt and its mixture with reasonable indicators,studies the production process and construction control points of rubber asphalt binder and its mixture,and shows that the rubber asphalt mixture has excellent performance and feasible construction,which can be popularized and applied.
