为解决城市建筑垃圾回收骨料资源化增值问题,研究碱性激发剂对市政道路建设的增强效应,以综合性能优化为目标,优选出最优碱性激发剂种类及用量,并对其进行试验研究.研究表明,在水泥基材料中加入碱性激发剂,可有效提高废弃骨料的强度、骨料的吸水率、混凝土的粘结强度、混凝土的孔隙和裂缝,从而提高混凝土的综合强度.通过添加碱性回收骨料,使其达到了与天然骨料相同的性能,从而达到了现行标准对半刚性路面的最低强度要求.
To solve the problem of resource value-added of urban construction waste recycling aggregates,the optimal type and dosage of alkaline activator were selected by studying the enhancement effect of alkaline activator on municipal road construction and the goal of comprehensive performance optimization,and the experimental study was carried out.The research shows that adding alkaline activator to cement-based materials can effectively improve the strength of waste aggregate,the water absorption rate of aggregate,the bonding strength of concrete,and the porosity and cracks of concrete,so as to improve the comprehensive strength of concrete.By adding alkaline recycled aggregate,it achieves the same performance as natural aggregate,so as to meet the minimum strength requirements of the current standard for semi-rigid pavement.
