碳纤维掺料下混凝土力学性能与抗冻性能研究

为探究冻融条件下不同碳纤维掺量对混凝土的力学性能与抗冻性能影响。试验制备了掺量为0、0。3%、0。6%、0。9%、1。2%的碳纤维混凝土试样,开展了冻融循环试验、抗压试验和劈裂试验,根据试验结果,进一步分析冻融条件下不同碳纤维对混凝土的抗压、抗拉强度和质量损失率及相对动弹性模量的变化规律。研究结果可为季冻区的路面工程中碳纤维混凝土的推广提供一定借鉴。
In order to explore the effects of different carbon fiber content on the mechanical properties and frost resistance of concrete under freeze-thaw conditions.Carbon fiber concrete samples with 0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%and 1.2%content were prepared in the experiment,and the freeze-thaw cycle test,compressive test and splitting test were carried out.The compressive strength,tensile strength,mass loss rate and relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete with different carbon fibers under freezethaw condition are further analyzed.The results of this study can provide some reference for the promotion of carbon fiber reinforced concrete in pavement engineering in frozen areas.
