地铁车站复杂环境下结构混凝土耐久性优化研究

作为轨道交通主体结构重要组成材料之一的混凝土,其使用年限也决定了整个工程的服役寿命。由于轨道交通特殊的服役环境,混凝土结构处于干湿交替、运营振动、腐蚀性介质侵蚀等环境中,研究如何降低复杂环境下的损害,延长地下结构的使用年限,提高地下结构的耐久性,具有积极的意义。文章总结了地铁车站在复杂地下环境下混凝土材料的耐久性劣化相关机理,继而提出提高地下混凝土结构耐久性的具体措施,用以指导我国部分城市轨道交通建设面临复杂环境下混凝土材料与结构的设计。
As one of the important components of the main structure of rail transit,the service life of concrete also determines the service life of the entire project.Due to the special service environment of rail transit,the concrete structure is in the environment of alternating dry and wet,operating vibration,corrosive medium erosion,etc.,and it is of great significance to study how to reduce the damage in the complex environment,extend the service life of the underground structure,and improve the durability of the underground structure.This paper attempts to summarize the mechanism of durability deterioration of concrete materials in complex underground environments of metro stations,and then proposes specific measures to improve the durability of underground concrete structures,so as to guide the design of concrete materials and structures in some urban rail transit construction in China in complex environments.
