Taking the construction project of Xiaodiannan Vehicle Base as an example,combined with the actual conditions of the site,from the perspectives of ground pavement,rainwater drainage system,road drainage system and unloading site design,the specific construction measures are explored,which is conducive to promoting the construction of sponge city and building green urban rail transit facilities.
