In recent years,project cost management has received extensive attention from various construction enterprises,and it plays an important role in various engineering projects.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,the implementation of the whole process and dynamic cost management is very important.However,the workload of the takeoff business in the project cost management is large and very complex,and the traditional management method is difficult to improve the overall level of the takeoff business.Based on this,this paper takes the evaluation criteria and characteristics of the engineering takeoff model as the starting point,analyzes the problems existing in the takeoff business in engineering cost management and the key points of standardized design,and discusses the construction path of the standardized model,in order to provide reference for construction enterprises to carry out project cost management.
