既有建筑节能改造外墙保温多数采用薄抹灰外保温粘贴系统,在节点部位(如阴阳角)拼接施工不规范导致开裂、雨季进水渗透,甚至出现因冻融导制保温大面积脱落问题,引发了一系列安全问题,同时发现在一些节点施工时,耗费工时过大,影响工期.使用聚苯模块可以解决以上缺点.由于石墨聚苯模块设计加工工艺由模具生产,使用模具数量多、效率低、人工成本高,通过改进加工工艺,能提高经济效益和社会效益,下文就石墨聚苯模块应用价值和工艺改进进行论述,以供同类改造工程借鉴.
Most of the exterior wall insulation of existing building energy-saving renovation adopts thin plastering external insulation paste system,which leads to cracking and water infiltration in the rainy season due to non-standard splicing construction in node parts(such as yin and yang corners),and even the problem of large-scale falling off of thermal insulation due to freezing and thawing,which has caused a series of safety problems.The above shortcomings can be solved by using polystyrene modules.Because the design and processing technology of graphite polystyrene module is produced by molds,the number of molds used is large,the efficiency is low,and the labor cost is high,and the economic and social benefits can be improved by changing the processing technology.This paper discusses the application value and process improvement of graphite polystyrene module,which can be used as a reference for similar transformation projects.
