二次修饰下硅气凝胶粉体的性能研究

为了提高二氧化硅气凝胶的性能,实验在一步法制备二氧化硅气凝胶粉体的基础上选用了三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)作为二次修饰剂,研究了二次修饰所合成的二氧化硅气凝胶的性能影响程度。结果表明:二次修饰在一步法的基础之上制备二氧化硅气凝胶后对各个性能都有进一步的提升。通过SEM图分析二次修饰后的SiO2气凝胶凝胶颗粒更加均匀,相较于一步法而言,二次修饰后的SiO2气凝胶疏水性更强,疏水角能达到163。5 °,具有超疏水性能,最佳密度低至0。117 g/cm3。
In order to improve the performance of silica aerogels,trimethylchlorosilane(TMCS)was selected as the secondary modifier on the basis of the one-step preparation of silica aerogel powder by one-step method,and the effect of the properties of the silica aerogels synthesized by secondary modification was studied.The results showed that the secondary modification of silica aerogels on the basis of one-step method further improved the properties of silica aerogels.Compared with the one-step method,the second-modified SiO2 aerogel gel is more hydrophobic,with a hydrophobic angle of 163.5°,superhydrophobic performance,and the optimal density is as low as 0.117g/cm3.
