依托宁夏境内已施工完成的G110线(镇北堡华西村-新干公路)段修复养护工程,通过研究掺配率为30%的厂拌热再生沥青混合料的制备工艺、配合比设计及路用性能,验证了该技术在满足道路工程使用要求的同时,具有显著的经济和环境效益。研究结果表明,通过合理控制再生工艺参数和原材料质量,再生沥青混合料表现出优异的高温稳定性、水稳定性和其他路用性能。
In this paper,relying on the repair and maintenance project of the G110 line(Huaxi Village-Xingan Highway in Zhenbeibao)that has been completed in Ningxia,the preparation process,mix ratio design and road performance of the plant-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture with a mixing rate of 30%are studied in detail,and the technology has significant economic and environmental benefits while meeting the requirements of road engineering.The results show that the recycled asphalt mixture exhibits excellent high temperature stability,water stability and other road properties by reasonably controlling the recycling process parameters and raw material quality.
