Taking the rapid construction of large foundation pit of a project engineering design,procurement and construction(EPC)general contracting project as an example,this paper analyzes and studies how to quickly construct a large foundation pit,and proposes the pre-installation construction technology of tower crane before excavation of large foundation pit,the construction technology of prefabricated comprehensive drainage,the overall organization flow construction technology of foundation pit layered partitioning,and the construction technology of foundation pit pre-reinforcement,which will shorten the cycle of traditional foundation pit construction and save investment.
