框支剪力墙结构体系的超高层建筑在小开间办公类建筑中应用较多,一般此类建筑均设计为矩形,部分可为L型,槽型体型较为少见。槽型类的框支剪力墙结构一般存在较大偏心、抗扭转性能不足、连接薄弱等问题。以某工程项目建筑结构为例,经过抗震性能分析,在主体结构不分缝的情况下分析整体结构的抗震性能,为部塔楼剪力墙布置的优化提供一定的参考。
The super high-rise buildings with frame-supported shear wall structure system are widely used in small-bay office buildings,and such buildings are generally designed as rectangular,some can be L-shaped,and trough-shaped body shape is relatively rare.The frame-supported shear wall structure of the trough type generally has problems such as large eccentricity,insufficient torsional performance and weak connection.Taking the building structure of a certain project as the research goal of this type of structure,the seismic performance of the whole structure is analyzed through the seismic performance analysis,and the seismic performance of the whole structure is analyzed without joints,which provides a certain idea for the optimization of the shear wall layout of the upper tower.
