The project mentioned in the article was originally a reinforced concrete structure trade city,and the underground part was an integral basement,and later due to the use of demand,a new two-story steel structure building was built on the basement roof,one of which was a steel frame structure,and the second floor was a portal rigid frame light steel structure.Through the results of the on-site structural layout investigation,structural working state verification,construction quality inspection and bearing capacity verification and analysis of the project,the rating of the structural safety grade is made,which can provide reference and reference for similar projects.
