摘要
以南京主城区某学校更新项目为例,分析公共类城市更新项目造价控制的难点,并从项目区位、基础数据、方案设计、业主、单位管理人员和变更程序等方面分析了产生这些难点的原因.针对不同的原因,提出了公共类城市更新项目造价控制的一些对策和建议.
Abstract
Taking a school renewal project in the main urban area of Nanjing as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties in cost control of public urban renewal projects,and analyzes the reasons for these difficulties from the aspects of project location,basic data,scheme design,owner unit,management personnel and change procedures.In view of different reasons,some countermeasures and suggestions for cost control of public urban renewal projects are proposed.
