The construction of a construction project is a complex and systematic project,which involves all aspects of engineering construction.Taking the infrastructure and commercial supporting projects in the starting area of Guangzhou International Financial City as an example,this paper successively expounds the construction location,scale and content of the project,and analyzes the main measures of cost control at each stage of the construction process,aiming to help the construction unit further establish the concept of whole-process cost control,improve the cost control effect.
