Taking the construction project of"Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone Water Plant Project(Phase Ⅱ)"as an example,this paper discusses the quality management strategy in the process of water plant construction,covering the stages of project pre-construction,construction,equipment installation and trial operation.Through all-round,whole-process and other systematic quality management strategies,the construction of the water plant project meets the design standards and safety specifications,so as to improve the overall quality and operation efficiency of the project,and provide safe and high-quality drinking water for residents.
