The influence of solid waste on the performance of ready-mixed mortar was studied through orthogonal experiments,and the optimal composition ratio scheme was determined by combining cost analysis.The test results show that when ceramic waste replaces 30%cement,tailings sand replaces 60%river sand,and is mixed with 2%calcium chloride,0.1%HPMC and 0.04%8681 rubber powder,the preparation cost of M5 mortar is the lowest,which can save 36.70 yuan per ton of mortar,and the reduction rate of raw material cost reaches 25.36%.
