工程渣土固化剂的制备与性能研究

本试验以磷石膏、矿渣和石灰为主要原材料制备工程渣土固化剂,研究石灰和磷石膏对固化剂力学性能的影响,同时采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)微观测试手段,分析其水化产物和固化机理。试验结果表明,生石灰对矿渣的激发效果优于熟石灰,在矿渣-生石灰胶凝材料体系中加入磷石膏制备工程渣土固化剂,主要水化产物为钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶,而且随着磷石膏比表面积的提高和掺量的下降,固化剂的力学性能得到提升。
In this experiment,phosphogypsum,slag and lime were used as the main raw materials to prepare the curing agent for engineering muck,and the effects of lime and phosphogypsum on the mechanical properties of the curing agent were studied,and the hydration products and curing mechanism were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)microscopic measurements.The test results show that quicklime has a better excitation effect on slag than hydrated lime,and phosphogypsum is added to the slag-quicklime cementitious material system to prepare engineering muck curing agent,and its main hydration products are aluminite and C-S-H gel,and with the increase of phosphogypsum specific surface area and the decrease of content,the mechanical properties of curing agent are improved.
