半柔性路面抗裂性能研究与应用

试验研究了不同基体混合料连通空隙率和掺加不同增韧材料灌浆料对半柔性路面材料高温抗车辙、低温弯曲性能、半圆弯曲抗裂性能的影响规律,并进行了工程试验段应用。研究结果表明,采用15。2%基体沥青混合料连通空隙率,掺10%乳化沥青灌浆料或掺5%水性环氧和5%乳化沥青的复合灌浆料使半柔性路面材料获得高低温性能平衡兼顾的路用性能,道路开裂率降低50%左右。
The effects of the connected void ratio of different matrix mixtures and the addition of different toughening material grouting materials on the high temperature rutting resistance,low temperature bending performance and semi-circular bending crack resistance of semi-flexible pavement materials were studied experimentally,and the application was carried out in the engineering test section.The results show that the semi-flexible pavement material can obtain the road performance of semi-flexible pavement material with a balance of high and low temperature performance,and the road cracking rate is reduced by about 50%by using 15.2%matrix asphalt mixture with 10%emulsified asphalt grout or 5%emulsified asphalt grout.
