RAP掺量对再生沥青混合料性能影响研究

文章重点研究RAP掺量对再生沥青混合料性能影响,将RAP掺量分别设为10%、15%、20%、30%、50%,进行了马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂强度试验、低温弯曲试验、车辙试验.结果表明:在较低RAP掺量下,RAP掺量的增加会使再生沥青混合料承载能力、高温稳定性能、水稳定性明显提高,抗裂性能降低;在RAP掺量增至50%时,再生沥青混合料的各项性能均明显降低;综合考虑再生沥青混合料的性能、现场施工难度、材料的路用性能及旧料的利用率,建议RAP最佳掺量为30%.
In this paper,the effect of RAP content on the performance of recycled asphalt mixture was studied,and the RAP content was set to 10%,15%,20%,30%and 50%,respectively,and the Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting strength test,low temperature bending test and rutting test were carried out.The results show that the increase of RAP content will significantly improve the bearing capacity,high temperature stability and water stability of the recycled asphalt mixture,and reduce the crack resistance under the low RAP content.When the RAP content increased to 50%,the properties of the recycled asphalt mixture were significantly reduced.Considering the performance of recycled asphalt mixture,the difficulty of on-site construction,the road performance of the material and the utilization rate of the old material,it is suggested that the optimal RAP content is 30%.
