抗车辙剂改性沥青混凝土路用性能研究

为了提高沥青混凝土路面的抗车辙性能,研究了 DN高模量抗车辙剂的掺量对沥青混凝土耐高温稳定性和低温抗裂性等性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着DN抗车辙剂掺量的增加,沥青混凝土试件的动稳定度不断增大;而沥青混凝土的低温弯曲应变、浸水残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度均呈现出先增加后降低的变化,其中抗车辙的用量为0。5%时,沥青混凝土试件的低温弯曲应变、浸水残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比均达到了最大值,分别为2 792 µe、91。2%和92。6%。
In order to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt concrete pavement,the effect of DN high modulus anti-rutting agent on the properties of asphalt concrete such as high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance was studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of DN anti-rutting agent content,the dynamic stability of asphalt concrete specimens increases.When the amount of rutting resistance is 0.5%,the low-temperature bending strain,water-immersed residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of asphalt concrete specimens reach the maximum values,which are 2 792 µe,91.2%and 92.6%,respectively.
