Cement sulfur trioxide content is an important index, affecting many properties of cement,in the actual detection process, the filtrate washing times are time-consuming and laborious to affect the detection efficiency, assuming that there is a fixed relationship between the filtrate washing times and the content of cement sulfur trioxide, that is,Q=Kn,only the coefficient K is required,in the subsequent rapid test, only need to determine the sulfur trioxide content corresponding to a certain number of filtrate washing, multiply by the coefficient to obtain the final sulfur trioxide content, through the analysis of a large number of test data, the feasibility of the idea is confirmed. After scientific calculation and data processing,it was found that the average detection rate of sulfur trioxide was 92.2%,the average detection rate of 4~6 times of washing was 97.5%,and the average detection rate of 7~9 times was 99.2%when washing 1~3 times.Based on this, the data collation deduces that the detection rate data of 6 washes multiplied by the coefficient of 1.03 is about the final standard data, and the coincidence rate is between 101.1%and 103.6%,which can greatly improve the detection efficiency.
