In view of the foundation project of a large hospital,considering the complex soil conditions of the site and the high requirements of the special functions of the hospital building for the safety and stability of the foundation,the punched cast-in-place pile was selected as the foundation treatment scheme.The composition of the counter-compression gravity platform was introduced,and the vertical compressive static load test and uplift test of the single pile were carried out based on the reaction device of the ballast platform,and the bearing characteristics and stability of the perforated cast-in-place pile were evaluated.The results show that the perforated cast-in-place pile has good bearing capacity and uplift resistance,which can effectively improve the stability and safety of the foundation.
