基于柔性导电介质的分布式裂缝轨迹检测技术

基于柔性导电介质的混凝土裂缝检测技术一直在不断改进,针对该检测技术虽然能实现裂缝分布式监测,但无法识别传感器所覆盖区域的裂缝数量、与传感器方向平行的裂缝宽度以及需要增加通道数量的问题,提出了一套导电介质传感器格栅化、实现串、并行混合式多通路裂缝数据采集系统以及建立数字孪生模型等内容于一体的监控系统与方案,改进现有导电介质传感器的结构和检测方法.通过理论与实验方法,实现了裂缝轨迹实时监测和显示.
In view of the problems that the detection technology can realize the distributed monitoring of cracks,but cannot identify the number of cracks in the area covered by the sensor,the crack width parallel to the direction of the sensor,and the need to increase the number of channels,a set of monitoring systems and schemes integrating the gridding of conductive medium sensors,the realization of string and parallel hybrid multi-channel crack data acquisition system and the establishment of digital twin model are proposed.Improve the structure and detection method of existing conductive medium sensors.Through theoretical and experimental methods,real-time monitoring and display of seam trajectories are realized.
