Taking Fuzhou Binhai New Town Transmission and Distribution Ring Project as an example,the design principles of the project are expounded,the characteristics of the project are proposed,the key and difficult problems that should be paid attention to in the design process of the project are analyzed,and the corresponding design solutions are proposed.Comprehensively consider the scale and function of the building,introduce advanced technology and system integration,optimize the built environment and enhance user experience,consider sustainable development,energy conservation and environmental protection,and consider building life cycle management.
