The height of the 15F small high-rise building of the Shushan South Parking Lot Project is 61.8 m,the elevation of the top surface of the 2nd floor of the podium is 17.5 m,the 15 floors above the podium,a total of 17 floors,the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees,the structural system of the full-frame support shear wall is adopted,the conversion form is beam conversion,the shear wall is converted in the conversion layer,the wind pressure amplification coefficient is 1.1,and the body shape coefficient is 1.32.At the same time,the project exceeds the scope of application of the current code,belongs to the A-story building,and there are a number of irregularities.In this paper,the seismic performance objectives of the main components of the engineering structure are analyzed,the structural strengthening measures are expounded,and the seismic performance level 1,performance level 2,performance level 3 and performance level 4 of YJK software are used to calculate and analyze.This paper provides reference for the design of similar structures and overrun buildings.
