Taking the construction project of Quanzhou Marine Vocational College as an example,this paper introduces the culture of southern Fujian and overseas Chinese in the actual design,integrates the elements of Western neoclassicism and traditional characteristics of China,adheres to the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection,optimizes and innovates the layout of functional areas,and realizes reasonable distribution and efficient utilization.
