With the rapid development of social economy,people's demand for long-distance travel is also increasing.Some construction units have found that the traditional highway engineering construction management methods can no longer adapt to the current project development needs.Based on this,starting from the necessity and importance of construction management of highway engineering projects,this paper analyzes a series of problems in the construction management of highway engineering projects,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies,in order to provide a useful reference for the construction and development of similar projects and continuously meet the travel needs of the people.
