This paper analyzes the common methods of dynamic management of construction project cost,takes the first phase of the PPP project of the new campus of the Party School of Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee as an example,analyzes the difficulties and common problems of project cost control,and expounds the relevant elements and effective strategies of dynamic management of construction project cost,hoping to provide an important reference and reference for the improvement of the current level of cost management in the field of construction engineering in China.
