基于多FPGA的三相逆变器实时仿真系统研究

实时仿真系统是三相逆变器及其控制算法分析、设计与实验验证的重要工具,现有商业化的实时仿真系统价格昂贵且难以同时兼顾部件与系统多时间尺度实时仿真的要求。设计了一种基于多FPGA的三相逆变器实时仿真系统,采用分段拟合的策略构建了IGBT开关动态过程模型,基于IGBT模型和系统状态方程,分别构建了三相IGBT桥臂模型、LC滤波器以及负载模型。采用多FPGA架构实现了仿真模型的多时间尺度实时计算,设计了上位机软件实现了模型参数下发和仿真波形显示。仿真结果表明,在所设计的实时仿真系统中,IGBT模型与系统的仿真步长分别为20ns和10μs,实现了三相逆变器IGBT部件与系统的多时间尺度实时仿真。
Research on Real-time Simulation System of Three-phase Inverter Based on Multi-FPGA
The real-time simulation system is an important tool for analysis,design and experimental verification of three-phase inverter and its control algorithm.The existing commercial real-time simulation systems are expensive,and the requirements of multiple time scale real-time simulation between components and system are hard to meet.This paper designed a real-time simulation system for three-phase inverter based on multi-FPGA.The dy-namic process model of IGBT switch was constructed by the strategy of segment fitting.Based on IGBT models and system state equation,three-phase IGBT bridge arm model,LC filter and load model were constructed respectively.The multi-FPGA architecture was used to realize multiple time scale real-time calculation of models,and the upper computer software was designed to realize model parameters issuance and simulation waveform display.Simulation ex-perimental results show that in the designed real-time simulation system,the simulation steps of IGBT model and sys-tem are 20ns and 10μs respectively,the multiple time scale real-time simulation of three-phase inverter IGBT parts and system is realized.
