Simulation of Coupling Fault Feature Extraction Method for PMSM
The concurrent nature of the permanent magnet synchronous motor faults and the strong correlation of the coupled fault signals lead to a more difficult extraction of the coupled fault features of the permanent magnet syn-chronous motor.For this reason,the extraction method of inter-turn short-circuit-uneven demagnetization coupling fault features using the negative sequence current method and magnetic chain observation method is proposed.Firstly,the mathematical model of the normal motor was derived,based on which the simulation model was built and its relia-bility was tested;secondly,the simulation model of the single fault of inter-turn short circuit and uneven demagnetiza-tion was built to verify the effectiveness of negative sequence current method and magnetic chain observation method in single fault feature extraction;finally,the corresponding features of coupled faults were extracted.The results show that the single-fault features also have high accuracy in coupled-fault extraction.
