Research on the Effectiveness of Natural Ventilation Control Mode of Existing Residential Buildings in Tianjin
In order to improve the effectiveness of natural ventilation of existing residences in summer, this paper designs a feedback window opening control mode based on indoor and outdoor temperature changes, compares the con-trol mode of window opening without regulation and window opening in different periods, and uses FLUENT software to simulate the indoor air environment respectively. In order to meet the indoor adaptive average thermal sensation index(APMV)level of the duration percentage, and the temperature mean absolute deviation value(MAD)as the evaluation index,by analyzing the simulation results of the indoor air-heat environment,it finds out that the natural ventilation effect and window control mode, and the differentiated performance under different regulatory strategies. The experimental results show that compared with the non-regulated windowing and the time-based windowing control mode, the indoor APMV first-level percentages in the temperature feedback windowing control mode are in-creased by 9.09%and 6.06%,respectively,and the MAD value is increased by 0.19°C and 0.1°C respectively. The temperature feedback window opening control mode can greatly improve the effectiveness of natural ventilation and in-door thermal comfort, but the distribution of indoor thermal comfort in the three modes is the same.
