摘要

针对石油化工背景下自动化专业实训类课程面临的难以现场实践、操作,实验设备不足、难以维护、成本高、安全性差以及基于仿真技术的课程强调基本操作,难以培养综合能力、创新能力等问题展开研究.充分利用虚拟仿真技术与人工智能技术,以能力培养为目标,提出了石油化工自动化专业的实训课程层级模型与多维度评价体系,并加入了基于危险剧情的教学方法,充分调动学生的主观能动性,激发创新能力,培养科学决策能力,复杂工程问题解决能力.以《化工过程与控制仿真实习》课程为案例,构建实现了完整的仿真教学环境,为进一步提升教学质量,培养学生的创新能力、工程实践能力,提供了良好的解决思路与方案.

Abstract

This study aims to address the challenges faced by automation training courses in the context of petro-chemicals,including difficulties in on-site practice and operation,insufficient experimental equipment,difficulty in maintenance,high costs,poor safety,and the emphasis on basic operations in simulation based courses,which make it difficult to cultivate comprehensive and innovative abilities.The courses based on simulation technology emphasize basic operations,which are difficult to cultivate comprehensive ability and innovation ability.By making full use of virtual simulation technology and artificial intelligence technology and aiming at ability training,the hierarchical model and multi-dimensional evaluation system of training courses for petrochemical automation major are proposed to solve these problems.The teaching method based on hazard scenario is added to fully mobilize students'subjectiveinitiative,stimulate innovation ability,cultivate scientific decision-making ability and complex engineering problem-solving ability.Taking the course of chemical process and control simulation practice as an example,a com-plete simulation teaching environment was constructed and realized,which provides good solutions and schemes for further improving teaching quality and cultivating students'innovation ability and engineering practice ability.
