公差仿真教学系统的设计与实现

摘要
针对当前公差教学中存在的问题,设计实现了一个面向公差教学的三维仿真系统,通过将公差的参数化演示功能、评价应用功能、实验实训功能有机地整合在一起,实现了在演示维度上、教学深度上和实验广度上的开拓与延伸,解决了当前公差教学中存在的多媒体演示功能不足、教具笨重且功能单一、实验实训难以开展等问题,弥补了当前公差教学中的不足,丰富了公差相关教学内容,探索了新的教学方式和方法,为相关课程提供了一个适合辅助教学的工具.
Abstract
A three-dimensional simulation system for tolerance teaching has been designed and implemented to address the current issues in tolerance teaching.The system integrates the parameterized demonstration function,eval-uation application function,and experimental training function of tolerance organically,achieving exploration and ex-tension in demonstration dimension,teaching depth,and experimental breadth;Solved the problems of insufficient multimedia demonstration function,bulky and single function teaching aids,and difficulty in conducting experimental training in current tolerance teaching,and made up for the shortcomings in current tolerance teaching;Enriched the teaching content related to tolerance,explored new teaching methods and approaches,and provided a suitable auxiliary teaching tool for related courses.
