基于虚拟现实的弹药包装箱培训系统研究

针对部队官兵难以参与到弹药包装箱安全性考核试验过程中因而无法对弹药包装箱的安全性形成直观认识,以及包装箱的实物拆装培训环境危险系高且难以构建等问题。研究将虚拟现实技术应用于弹药包装箱的使用操作培训中,构建了沉浸式的弹药包装箱虚拟现实培训系统,能够对学员开展包装箱的虚拟火烧与跌落试验和包装箱拆装虚拟操作培训等培训内容。上述培训系统具有培训成本低、培训频次高以及零安全风险等优点,通过该培训系统的训练,部队官兵能够在接触到真实的弹药包装箱之前克服对弹药包装箱的恐惧心理、熟悉弹药包装箱的基本操作流程和使用方法,提高了弹药包装箱实物培训的效率以及在实际使用过程中的安全性。
Research on Ammunition Packing Container Training System Based on Virtual Reality
It is difficult for military officers and soldiers to participate in the safety assessment and testing process of ammunition packaging boxes,resulting in a lack of intuitive understanding of the safety of ammunition packaging boxes,as well as the high risk and difficulty in constructing a training environment for physical disassembly and as-sembly of packaging boxes.To address above problem,this paper developed a virtual reality ammunition packing con-tainer system.The ammunition packing container·falling and firing virtual experiment and dismounting training can be developed for soldiers based on the packing container safety virtual reality training system,which can enhance the sol-diers understanding of ammunition packing container.The training can be developed for soldiers based on the training system,which can reduce the training cost and enhance the training efficiency.The training system has the advantages of low training cost,high training frequency and zero safety risk.Through the virtual training system,the soldiers can overcome their fear of ammunition packaging before contacting the real ammunition packaging,be familiar with the basic operation process and usage of ammunition packaging,and improved the efficiency of the real training of ammu-nition packaging and the safety in use.
